Scheduling

We understand that clients may have busy schedules, and we strive to manage session time efficiently while maintaining a structured and professional approach.

Each session is scheduled for 90 minutes from the start time and will conclude accordingly. We kindly request punctuality to ensure the session is used effectively.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, a minimum notice of 12 hours is required; otherwise, the session will be considered forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.

Please note that the program is valid for completion of all allotted sessions within two months from the program end date specified. Any unused sessions beyond this period will expire.
Health Coaching Journey
Your role:

Your Health Coach’s role:
At Harmony Wellness, your Health Coach is dedicated to supporting your wellness journey with the highest level of professionalism and care.
They will:

Provide professional and ethical guidance to help you make informed decisions and achieve your health goals.

Maintain full confidentiality to ensure your personal information and progress are always secure.

Support your goals without judgment, creating a safe and empowering environment.

Be available to answer questions, offer guidance, and assist you whenever you need support.

Boundaries that we expect you to keep : Your health coach is here to support you within the program. We kindly ask to maintain a professional relationship and avoid personal friendships, private social media connections, or any outside-the-program interactions.

Termination
Your right to terminate:
If you have any concerns regarding the program, its effectiveness, or our service providers, please feel free to reach out to us. We are committed to addressing your concerns and supporting you throughout your experience.
You also have the flexibility to discontinue your health coaching program at any time if you feel the approach is not suitable for you or if you are not experiencing the desired benefits.
Our right to terminate
We reserve the right to terminate participation in the program under the following circumstances:

Lack of engagement or when the program is not deemed beneficial to the participant

Non-compliance with program guidelines or instructions

Non-payment of fees despite prior reminders
-
Inadequate cooperation or failure to actively participate in the program process

Any other behavior that prevents the program from being delivered effectively
All such decisions are made to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of the program for all participants.
Payments & Refunds
Refund Policy
Our programs are structured around predefined service milestones, including consultations and reviews, each carrying equal value. Refunds are processed on a pro-rata basis based on the number of milestones utilized, rather than the overall program duration. All refund requests are subject to internal review and approval, ensuring a fair, transparent, and consistent process across all programs.
In the event of the Client’s absence or withdrawal, for any reason whatsoever, the Client remains responsible for the pro-rata share of the program that has already been delivered
Refund Calculation
The refund amount is determined by deducting the value of services already utilized from the total amount paid. This value is calculated by dividing the total program fee by the number of milestones to derive a per-milestone cost, and then multiplying it by the number of milestones completed.
Refunds apply only to the amount actually paid and are processed within up to 10 working days after approval and receipt of all required details.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. All personal details, including name, contact information, location, and medical data, are securely stored and protected, and are not shared with any third party without consent. Any information related to a client’s medical condition is handled with the utmost care and shared only within the internal team as necessary to provide the service. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring that your information remains secure at all times.

By continuing with the Harmony Wellness program, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this agreement and willingly choose to participate in the program within the outlined structure. You understand your rights and responsibilities, the nature of the program.
If the terms of this agreement are acceptable, please fill in your details below and click Accept. By doing so, you acknowledge that: (1) you have had the opportunity to discuss the contents of this agreement with your Health Coach and, if desired, to have it reviewed by an attorney; and (2) you understand, accept, and agree to abide by all the terms outlined herein.
This consent ensures that your participation is fully informed and intentional, and allows us to provide guidance, support, and coaching in a safe, transparent, and professional manner.
